SETUP FEES: (billed in half hour. increments)
$50/hour: Normal 3-5 business day service
$75/hour: less than 3 business days RUSH service (after Show's Posted Deadline Date)
Setup fees are fees associated with converting non-print ready files to print ready files. If we receive non-print ready files, we will contact you via email or phone and request payment for converting your files to print ready status. If we are missing fonts, linked images or any other related file issues, we may require you to send them to us so we can convert as necessary. If your ad is designed at the wrong print size (unproporational), changes to this ad will fall under the Design Fees, unless we're able to stretch the ad to make it fit.

DESIGN FEES:(billed in half hour increments with 1 hour minimum)
$100/hour: Normal 3-5 business day service

$150/hour: less than 3 business days RUSH service (after Show's Posted Deadline Date)

We can design your ad. Normal turn design is billed at $100/hour (1 hour min. design, then in 1/4 hour increments). RUSH design will be billed at $150/hour. Normal turn around time for a design is approx. 4-7 business days. Design fees are fees associated with creating a print ready file from scratch. Any adjustments to your files due to incorrect proportion/size will be charged by the half-hour at design fee category.

ARCHIVE RETRIEVAL FEES:
$35 Normal 3-5 business day service

$60 less than 3 business days RUSH service (after Show's Posted Deadline Date)

If you have had any Americas Mart Sponsorship Ad for a previous show, we may have your artwork in our archives. If you'd like us to re-run (reprint & install) a previously designed ad, there will be a $35 archive retrieval fee associated with any new show. In the event that we retrieve an old ad for a new show, we will send you a proof of the ad and have you approve for content and layout before the ad is printed and installed. Turn-around times on retrieving an archived ad is 2-5 business days.
