Americas Mart Sponsorship Ad Sizes & Design Guidelines

In an effort to streamline the Americas Mart Sponsorship Ad Campaign Printing Procedure,
Graphics Central, Inc. (the printer/installer for all the Sponsorship Ads) has simplified the acceptable file format to “print-ready”

TIF, JPG, EPS*, PDF* digital files ONLY.

* Outlined or Embedded fonts for EPS and PDF files.


All design files submitted for printing MUST follow the recommended design guidelines listed within the following pages or setup/design fees will be added to your project and collected before it is printed and installed.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. In the event that we do not receive your ad files in a format that is considered "print ready" we will contact you with a summary of fees associated with converting your files to a "print ready" status. Please refer to your design software for steps on correctly exporting your print ready digital files in these formats.
